We had company for supper Saturday night. Yes, I am crazy enough to throw a dinner party the day after my husband comes home after a week long trip. My sweet friend Patrizia and her family and the “World Changers” that flew in with Charlie were our dinner guests. Wanting to keep things simple I (after conferring with my
pasta connoisseur Micah) decided on an eggplant pasta dish as first plate and cold cuts for second plate. Cortney came to the rescue and made dessert. We found this recipe and just had to try it. (thankfully I had the cake mix and the pudding the recipe called for as these items are not found in our grocery stores.
